In case of unforeseen reasons, booked appointments may be mutually rescheduled if communicated 48hours prior to the session.
In case of appointment cancellation, if communicated 48 hours prior to the session, the fees for that session would be fully refunded.
Cancellations made up-to 24 hours prior to the session would be refunded by 40% of the fees for that session.
For cancellations made thereafter, no refund would be made.
No refund would be made for missed appointments.
The therapist reserves the right to request a rescheduling of the appointment in case of emergency.
