Reschedule

In case of unforeseen reasons, booked appointments may be mutually rescheduled if communicated 48 hours prior to the session.

Cancellation and Refunds

In case of appointment cancellation, if communicated (via email or call) 48 hours prior to the session, your appointment will be cancelled as per your request and the refund of the fees for that session would be initiated within the next two days.

Cancellations made up-to 24 hours prior to the session would be refunded by 40% of the fees for that session.

For cancellations made thereafter, no refund would be made.

Missed appointment

No refund would be made for missed appointments.

Arriving late for session

If you came late for your scheduled offline or online appointment, no refund for the lost time will be made.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven't received a refund after 48 hours of your appointment cancellation, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you've done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at info@tendingminds.com.
